Training 101:
- Learning begins with the individual and moves throughout the organization.
- Individuals are reached with targeted, timely and thorough training solutions.
- The type and level of training should be tailored to specific sets of groups or stakeholders.
- Training must always include process, organization and individuals so employees understand skills in the context of the organization.
- Training must be larger than a list of to-do’s or system clicks; it must provide the context for why steps are important and the implications of errors.
- People need to see how their job and role will be impacted by the change within the organization.
